Finds invoices and receipts in connected inboxes and forwards them to an accountant or accounting tools.
It works with Gmail, Outlook and other inboxes, recognises invoices and receipts in lots of vendor formats and sorts them by what needs doing next: ready to forward, needs a portal download, or needs a look. I built the product and the AI behind it.

Two passes over your inbox.
First pass: metadata
The AI starts with the sender, subject, date and attachment names, and decides which messages are worth a closer look. Only those move on to the second pass.
Second pass: the message
For those messages, the body and attachments are analysed without being stored, and they’re never used to train models. Reading less in the first place keeps scans quick and model costs low.
